摘要
低过热度弱电磁搅拌作用下合金熔体的凝固特性与常规铸造有着明显不同。在凝固理论框架下充分揭示搅拌作用下合金凝固揭示颗粒形核和生长规律,对深入理解搅拌条件下合金凝固组织形态演化过程具有重要意义。从搅拌对合金熔体运动状态的影响、低过热度浇注弱电磁搅拌对形核的影响及搅拌对型壁枝晶组织形成的抑制等角度对Al-30Si合金的凝固过程进行了分析,以期为系统建立低过热度弱电磁搅拌半固态过共晶铝硅合金凝固理论奠定基础。
There is an obvious difference in solidification characteristic between low superheat pouring low density electromagnetism stirring.In the general solidification theory,the full principle of nucleation and growth of stirring alloys is important to understand the evolvement and formation of semi-solid structure deeply.In this paper,the effect of stirring on alloy melt and nucleation and the inhibitory effect of stirring on dendrite formation in mould wall of Al-30%Si alloy are analyzed,which is to supply base for setting up systemically the solidification theory of low superheat pouring low density electromagnetism stirring.
