摘要 本文总结了近7年来园林专业人才培养方案修订与调整中所贯彻的指导思想与原则。在教改方案实施中,建立的开放式教学体系与多宝塔状教学模式,有效地调动了师生之间教与学的互动性,激发了学生主动参与实践与创新意识的培养,对培养"宽口径、厚基础、高素质、有特长"的园林专业人才起到了积极的促进作用。 The paper sums up the principle and guiding ideas implemented into the revision and adjust- ment of the talents' training plan in Landscape and Architecture specialty of past seven years.During the implementation of teaching reform plan,an open teaching system and a pagoda teaching model were es- tablished,which inspires the interaction between teachers and students during teaching,and arouses the interests of students participating in practice and innovation.Practice shows that the system and the mod- el have positive effect in fostering the'wide view with thick foundation,high quality and specialized' students.
