摘要
为提高工业水利用率,减少污水排放量,对比了现有的用水网络优化技术,选取单一杂质水网络优化技术对巴陵石化烯烃事业部进行了用水网络设计,通过对该厂炼油系统用水装置运行情况的评价与分析,对新鲜水和软化水系统分别选取COD和总硬度作为单杂质控制点,并根据现场实际情况提出了各自的用水网络优化方案,采用不同用水单元的节水减排措施。通过实施该方案,所选取用水点新鲜水用水量减少接近100%,软化水用水量减少92.2%。
In order to advanced utilization ratio of industrial water and decrease wastewater discharge,the different water network optimization techniques are compared and analyzed in this paper,and the basis of a single contaminant is selected because of its convenient implementation.After various water systems in Alkene Factory of Baling Petrochemical Co.Ltd.evaluated and analyzed,COD and total hardness as recycle reference point in various water systems are selected as single comtaminant control point,and the optimal scheme of each water system is put forward based on the field situations.After the application of these measures on the selected point,the fresh water consumption and demineralized water can be decreased by nearly 100% and 92.2%,respectively.
