摘要
工程位于台北盆地软弱冲积地盘,为市区捷运交会车站前转弯段堆栈隧道(曲率半径210m)之联络通道。应用超高压三重管RJP深层喷射搅拌工法理论,于联络通道开挖区四周设计强度型地盘改良区,开挖区内土体则俟潜盾隧道完成后,由隧道预留灌浆孔施灌二重管化学止水灌浆,藉由严谨之监造制度及精确之施工精度,堆栈式联络信道得以顺利且提前完工。
The issue cross-passage between the overlapping tunnels with 210 m radius curvature is located in front of the MRT intersection station in soft alluvial Taipei Basin. Soil around the cross-passage was strengthening by the triple pipe jet grouting method (RJP-Rodin Jet Pile) before boring tunnels. The soil between tunnels was improved by chemical grouting via the pre-installed holes in segments. Under intimate cooperation between the owner conscientious supervision and contractor technical construction , the cross-passage was successfully completed before the date.
