摘要
针对我国民营企业在形成及发展过程中的战略管理现状,分析及指出了当前民营企业在战略管理方面所存在的五个问题:缺乏战略分析;战略决策的盲目性;缺乏明确的战略目标;缺乏有效的战略选择;缺乏完善的战略管理.由此提出了民营企业战略管理的相应对策:①战略制定.正确的战略分析和合理的战略选择.②战略实施.任何正确决策必须通过准确有效的执行,才能予以贯彻.③战略评价和控制.在战略实施过程中保证战略计划与实施过程和结果的一致.④民营企业推行战略管理.必须要求多方配合,才能收到较好的效果.最后,阐述了民营企业战略管理的必然性及其前景.
In view of China's private enterprises in the process of formation and development of the strategic management,analyzing and pointing out the current strategic management of private enterprises in the five areas: lack of strategic analysis;the strategic decision to blindness;lack of clear strategic goals;lack of effective strategic choice;lack of sound strategic management.From the above analyses,the response to private enterprises in the strategic management was given as follows: ① Strategic making.The correct strategic analysis and reasonable strategic choice. ② Implementation of the strategy.Any correct decisions must be made correctly and effectively implemented,so can be implemented.③ Strategic assessment and control.In the implementation of the strategy,ensure the implementation of the strategy plan and the process and the result is the same.④ Implementation of the strategic management of private enterprises.It requires co-ordinated efforts by the various parties,in order to achieve better results.Finally,the necessity and prospects of private enterprises in the strategic management was expounded.
