摘要
以SAES公司的ABC电机质量问题解决为典型案例,借助管理的系统方法理论阐述了产品质量问题解决的一般思路和常用的分析方法,及其应用过程中的重要原则;在此基础上提出了产品质量问题解决的“315逻辑模式”,为产品质量问题或其他系统问题的分析解决提供一种参考.
Based on the typical case of SAES's ABC motor problem solving,the general thinking ways,(analysis) tools and application principles for product problem solving were presented in terms of management system methodology and the '315 logical mode' was defined as a conclusion,which can be a reference for the analysis and resolution of general product quality problem or other systematical problem as well.
