摘要
研究不同烧结温度对可加工陶瓷Ce-ZrO2/CePO4性能的影响。结果表明,在1 500~1 550℃之间烧结的Ce-ZrO2/CePO4陶瓷试样,其相对密度、力学性能、可加工指数都有较高值。可见烧结温度在此范围内,材料在具有可加工性的同时保持了较高的力学性能。同时研究不同的烧结温度下材料的断口形貌变化。
The effects of sintering temperature on the properties of Ce-ZrO2/CePO4 machinable ceramic material were studied.The experimental results showed that the material sintered at temperatures between 1 500 ℃ and 1 550 ℃ has a higher relative density,mechanical properties and machining exponent.Then the material has good machinability while maintaining outstanding mechanical properties;at the same time,fracture variablility caused by different sintering temperatures were studied.
