摘要
目的:建立达吉德尼吉勒含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量:C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm)柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26:2:72)为流动相,检测波长为403nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:羟基红花黄色素A分离完全,平均加样回收率为98.72%,RSD为1.47%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,为测定达吉德尼吉勒中羟基红花黄色素A提供了可靠的方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination in Dajidenijile.Method:The determination was performed by HPLC using BDS C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)columm,Methanol-Acetonitrile-0.7%Phosphoric Acid Solution (26:2:76)as mobile phase,Wavelenghth at 403nm and a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^(-1).Result:Hydroxysafflor Yellow A was separated completely.The mean recovery was 98.72%and RSD was 1.47%(n=9).Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and is suitable for the determination of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A in Dajidenijile.
