摘要
会计人员的综合素质、实践经验、具体工作能力及发挥会计人员的管理决策作用等均是现阶段亟待解决的问题．也是会计教学需要认真思考的问题。
The accounting staffs' comprehensive quality, practical experience, professional ability and their role in management decision are the problems to be settled urgently , and hence to be considered seriously in accounting teaching at current stage.
