摘要
研究了高温烧结发热体坯体的烧结工艺对热弯的影响,使用SEM观察高温弯曲试样的表面形貌及成分分析,通过表面防护的保护措施,防止高温烧结时发热体坯体的渗碳发生。结果表明,保护性高温烧结工艺的发热体可进行热态弯曲成形,表面没有发现裂纹,试样中的气孔已明显球化。
The effect of burning procedure on the heat bend.The sample's microstructure was observed by SEM and it's component was analyzed,through using the method of surface defend.Prevent happened of cemented on surface of heating element.The result shows that the heating element of protect high temperature burning procedure could heat bend.No crack on the surface was found and pore was evidence spheroid.
