对硝基苯甲腈水解速率常数的测定

摘要 本文以对硝基苯甲腈为例,介绍了用高效液相色谱法测定其水解反应速率常数的方法,并通过控制水解体系的温度为40℃和60℃、pH为7和12,进行测定,绘制水解曲线,讨论了温度、pH对水解速率常数的影响,测定结果表明:其水解速率常数随温度升高而增加,pH对水解速率常数影响极大. In the essay, a method that measures the rate constant of hydrolysis with HPLC was introduced. The method was based on the test of P-nitrobenzonitrile. The experiments were done under the condition that the temperatures were 40℃and 60℃, the pH were 7 and 12 . The curves of hydrolysis were drawn too. The effects of the temperatures and pH were studied. The results showed that the rate constant of hydrolysis increased as the temperature rose and that the effects of pH were significant.
