摘要
医患关系恶化的根源在于现阶段我国相关法律不健全,医患关系法律属性不明,对此学术界一直存在较大争议,观点颇多。本文通过对医疗过程中医患之间关系的法律分析,得出不同类型医患关系具有不同的法律属性,其是一种复合型法律关系的结论。
The reason of the doctors-patients' legal relation being declining is that the relation has lacked connected laws and formed responsibility. Academic circles have many opinions about it. The article came to conclusion that different doctors-patients' legal relation has different responsibility and it was compound relation by analyzing the doctors-patients 'legal relation on medical action.
