摘要
试办独立学院,作为我国发展普通本科高等教育的一种独特办学模式,经过几年的发展,从福建省的实践看,其作用与成效已初步显现,问题与矛盾正在暴露。在当前独立学院总体布局已经基本完成的情况下,应当以科学发展观为指导,在巩固发展成果的同时,将工作重心尽快转到规范办学、提高质量、凸显特色上,推动独立学院健康持续发展。
As one of the new ways of developing four-year regular higher education,the Independent Colleges have made a well begun while some unexpected problems are appearing in Fujian Province.At present,after the overall arrangement of Independent Colleges completed,they should be guided by scientific outlook on development.And how to manage Independent Colleges grow more formally,qualitatively and creatively becomes an urgent task.
