摘要
目的探讨深圳居民医疗服务需求、利用及其影响因素,为科学制定卫生政策提供依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,抽取深圳市6个区4688名15~74岁居民,对其进行问卷调查。结果深圳居民两周患病率为178.3‰,慢性病患病率为165.2‰,两周就诊率为150.0‰,住院率为2.7%。因素分析表明,居民门诊服务利用主要受病情严重程度影响,住院服务利用主要受医疗保险、经济能力影响。结论深圳居民对医疗服务的利用优于全国大城市平均水平,但仍有一半有效需求被转移或抑制,可通过提高医疗保险覆盖率、控制医疗费用等措施加以改善。
Objective To probe into the health service demand and utilization,and its influential factors in Shenzhen city,in order to provide scientific basis for health policy.Methods A total of 4688 residents aged from 15 to 74 years were selected by cluster randomized sampling.Field survey and qualitative interview were used to collect information.Results The prevalence rate in the latest two weeks was 178.3‰,and the prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 165.2‰.The outpatients' utilization rate in the latest two weeks was 150.0‰,and the inpatients' utilization rate was 2.7%.The outpatients' utilization was influenced by the diseases seriousness.The inpatients' utilization was influenced by the medical insurance and the personal income.Conclusion The medical service utilization of the residents in Shenzhen city was better than the average of big cities in China.But nearly half health demand was transferred or restrained,and it can be improved by increasing the coverage rate of medical insurance and medical cost containment.
