摘要
目的从呼吸道样本中分离流感嗜血杆菌并进行体外药敏分析和产β-内酰胺酶率测定,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用HIN选择性巧克力培养基分离痰或咽拭子标本1040份,进行药敏分析和产β-内酰胺酶测定。结果分离出流感嗜血杆菌106株,获得8种药敏试验结果,其中头孢呋新、头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、阿齐霉素耐药率分别为0%、0%、3.8%和4.7%。结论头孢呋新、头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、阿齐霉素可作为临床医师治疗因HIN所致感染的重点选择。
Objective To use antibiotics against heamophilus influenzae more rationally,we separated and cultivated heamophilus influenzae from respiratory tract samples and investigated their antibiotic resistance.Methods 1040 samples from respiratory tract were separated and cultivated in HIN selective chocolate cultures,then antibiotic resistance assay and nitrocefin test were carried out for further analysis.Results 106 strains HIN were separated,8 antibiotics resistance assay results were obtained and resistance rates of heamophilus influenzae to cefuroxime(CXM),cefotaxime(CTX),cip rofloxacin(CIP)and AZM were 0%、0%、3.8% and 4.7%.Conclusion CXM,CTX,CIP and AZM have higher sensitivity on heamophilus influenza and we doctors should pay more attentions to those antibiotics when face to HIN treatment.
