摘要
目的 了解无锡地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况.方法 应用法国生物梅里埃公司MyeoplasmaIST试剂盒,对我室2003～2006年四年间2635份泌尿生殖道标本进行支原体培养及药敏分析.结果 2635例标本中支原体培养阳性1020例,总阳性率38 7%,其中Uu培养阳性率28.0%,Mh培养阳性率2.7%,Uu+Mh培养阳性率7.9%,男性培养阳性率38.8%,女性培养阳性率38.5%.环丙沙星耐药率最高,耐药率为64.0%,其次是氧氟沙星,红霉素,克拉霉素和阿奇霉素,分别为40.8%,23.8%,20.2%.17.7%.四环素,强力霉素,交沙霉素和原始霉素的耐药率较低,分别为9.8%,4,9%,3.8%%和3.0%.结论 支原体对喹诺酮类抗生素耐药率较高,应引起重视;临床治疗支原体感染可选择交沙霉素,强力霉素,四环素等敏感率高的抗菌药物.
Objective To investigate the infectivity and drug Fesistance Of mycoplasma in urogeatialtract in wuxi.Methods Mycoplasma IST kit was used to detect Uu and Mh and their drug reststance.We analysised 2635 cases from 2003～2006.Results Among 2635 cases of non-gonoccocal ureathritis(NGU),1020 Gases of these were positive.the positive rate was 38.7%.Among them,28.0% were infected by Uu,2.7% were infected bu Mh,8.0% were infected by Uu and Mh.The prevalence Of Mycoplasma in males was 38.8%,in females was 38.5%.The resistance rate of mycoplasma to ciprofloxacin 64.0%.Then clarythromycin,azitbromyrin,ofioxacin and erythromycinwas were 20.2%,17.7%,40.8%,and 23.8 respectively.The lowest resistance rate of tetracycline,doxycycbne,josamycln and pnstmamycm was 9.8%,4.9%,3.8% and 3.0%;respectively.Conclusions To deal with the infection of mycoplasma,the antibiotics such as doxycycline,josamycin and others which are sensitive to such strains can be used.mycoplasma in urogenfial tract have a high resistance rate to quinolones,which should be paid high clinical attention.
