摘要
随着高等医学教育规模的不断扩大,毕业人数越来越多。富阳市中医骨伤是富阳市医疗卫生事业的特色项目,曾被授予全国农村中医工作先进县。为了解富阳市医疗机构及制药企业用人情况,同时为学生综合素质培养和毕业生择业提供建议,对富阳市2001至2005年医疗机构及制药企业用人状况进行了调查,在此基础上对富阳市卫生人力资源需求作了初步分析。
Nowadays,with the increasing popularity of high-lever medical education,the number of graduated students majored in medicine is becoming larger and larger.Fuyang has its unique character of orthopedics of TCM in medicine and treatment, which is the special program of medical and hygienic course in Fuyang,and the applications of Chinese medicine in the rural areas are deeply attention and greatly supported by the local government.As a result,Fuyang is awarded the tide of outstanding county in popularizing TCM throughout rural China.Combined with the current employment tendency,we can deeply understand the employment condition and me analysis of demand in the near future in Fuyang medical institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises through this investigation and analysis,which can also give some advise on how to cultivate student's comprehensive quality and how to choose me job.
