摘要
沥青路面在重载、大交通量、高温等条件下易发生车辙病害。采用一种新型的外掺式复合聚合物改性剂——PS(Pavement Strong)路面强力剂,依托毛乌素沙漠榆靖高速公路沥青路面车辙处治实体工程,通过室内外试验、工程实践、工后观测和分析研究,结果表明,PS路面强力剂能显著改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性,与传统的SBS沥青改性技术复合应用,能够更有效地防治沥青路面车辙病害,因而具有广阔的应用前景。
Rut disease is often occurring on asphalt pavement in the condition of heavy load, large traffic volume and high temperature. A new compound polymer modifying agent PS(Pavement Strong) was selected by the research. Combining with the asphalt pavement rut maintenance practice on Yulin-Jingbian expressway in Ordos Desert, through indoor and outdoor testes, engineering practice, post-construction observation, analysis and research, the results indicate that PS additive can effectively improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, and if PS additive is applied compounding traditional SBS modifier technology, it can prevent and cure rut disease of asphalt pavement more effectively. All this presents a fine prospect of PS compound technology application.
