摘要
闪速熔炼产生的烟尘含有大量腐蚀气体,如果处理不当,会对余热锅炉的换热面产生低温腐蚀。本文从低温腐蚀形成的机理,阐述了产生低温腐蚀的原因,并结合实际工程,分析设计中如何有效防止低温腐蚀、降低SO3发生率,从而提高余热锅炉的使用寿命。
The dust produced from flash smelting contains a great amount of corrosive gas which will generate low-temperature corrosion on heat exchange surface of the waste heat boiler if it is not treated properly.This paper discusses the causes of low- temperature corrosion from the formation mechanism of low-temperature corrosion and makes an analysis on how to effectively prevent the low-temperature corrosion in the design to reduce the occurrence frequency of SO3 for the purpose of increasing the service life of waste heat boiler, based on practices in relevant projects.
