摘要
综述了橡胶补强填料——炭黑近期的应用研究进展,介绍了低滞后炭黑、反向炭黑和低吸碘HAF炭黑等改进工艺的炭黑新品种,炭黑表面改性的新技术,以及改善炭黑与橡胶之间相互作用的途径。此外,还介绍了炭黑与白炭黑和陶土组合联用,从而进一步提升橡胶机械性能的进展情况及研发方向。
Summarized the recent research progress of application of rubber reinforcing filler - carbon block. Introduced the low logging carbon block, reverse carbon block and lower iodine HAl: carbon block and so on improved new varieties of carbon black, and the new technologies of surface modification of carbon block, as well as the approach for improving the interaction between carbon block and rubber. In addition, introduced the joint of carbon block and silica combined with clay, thereby further enhanced the developing progress and research direction of rubber mechanical properties.
