摘要
单喷颗粒镁脱硫和镁基铁水脱硫是最常见的铁水脱硫技术,由于各自铁水脱硫工艺过程的特点,其喷吹系统也存在区别。通过对单喷颗粒镁脱硫与镁基复合喷吹脱硫喷吹系统的比较,分析了单喷颗粒镁脱硫与镁基复合喷吹脱硫喷吹系统的主要区别和设计中需要注意的问题。
The hot metal desulphurization by injection of magnesium exclusively and by injection of mixture agents are the most popular hot metal desulphurization processes.The agent injection systems for them are different for their characteristics of reaction processes.The difference of the injection system for hot metal desulphurization by injection of magnesium exclusively and by injection of mixture agents was compared and the advices for design are listed in this paper too.
