摘要
柳钢1号高炉(2000m)3开炉以来,在强化冶炼、生产节奏加快后炉前的操作暴露出较多问题,介绍实施的强化炉前的操作和管理,加强铁口维护,改造主沟、直流嘴等措施及其效果。
Since the working of No.1 blast furnace(2 000m3) in Liugang,there are many problems happened in strengthening smelting and operation on casthouse with higher production rhythm. The article introduced the effect of measures of strengthening operation on casthouse,strengthening iron outlet maintenance,reforming the main spout and direct-current nozzle.
