摘要
主要探讨多用途会展业楼宇之风机盘管(FCU)空调系统中实现分布式比例积分"D_PI"控制方法及其应用于各种房间的空调控制。随着澳门经济的高速发展,多用途会展业楼宇的兴建越来越多,人们对于这些商业楼宇室内空气环境及在空调系统节能减排方面的关注日益加强。近年来,由于FCU的快速普及和发展,使得空调系统的效能大大提高,因此FCU也越来越多地被新的工程项目所采用。在这些FCU控制模板中,现时多采用嵌入式PI或PID的控制方法,其余皆为"On/O ff"的控制方法。然而这些控制模板的PI或PID(F_PID)参数一般由厂家设定,用户不可调整。一般来说,在多用途楼宇中,不同功能,不同位置的房间,根据其热能特性不同,在室内空气调节控制方面也不一样。由于现时所使用的F_PID控制模板不能满足多种房间的空调控制的问题,提出在FCU空调系统中采用"D_PI"的控制方法。这种方法能够针对不同房间的热能特性运用不同的控制参数,有效地调节房间温度。使用直接数字控制(DDC)模板,可通过调整其PI控制参数,得出相应的房间空调控制效果。根据个别房间的热能特性,经反复调试后得出最优化的PI参数值,再代入DDC模板控制房间空调。从实验结果所得,分布式比例积分"D_PI"控制方法对不同房间空调控制有显著的改善。基本上,所测房间的室内温度和所设置的温度差不大于0.5℃。
A control method denoted as'Distributed PI Gain Control'(D_PI) which can be applied in FCU of HVAC system is discussed in a multi-use commercial building.FCU is applied commonly in HVAC system for the room air conditioning control.However,the existing FCU control methods,fixed PID(F_PID)and'On/Off'control methods are not adequate enough to fulfill the various rooms air conditioning requirements due to the fact that different rooms have different thermal characteristics therefore the proposed D_PI method is introduced.This method is to provide room with individual air conditioning control in relation to its individual thermal characteristic.PID parameters adjustable DDC controller is used as a FCU controller,regarding different room thermal characteristics,different PI parameters will be tuned up and employed in a DDC controller for the room air conditioning control.In this experiment,the results show that the performance of this experimental air conditioning control using the D_PI method has been significantly improved,most of the time the room temperature can be maintained around the set-point within a range of +/-0.5 degree.
