摘要
从海带幼孢子体上分离获得1株海洋真菌(编号OUCMBI080016),根据形态学特征鉴定为砂生小树状霉(Dendryphiella arenaria)为中国新记录种。同时,为确定D.arenaria和D.salina的分类地位,从GenBank数据库选取7株齿梗孢属(Scolecobasidium)和10株小树状霉属(Dendryphiella)菌株(其中7株分离自海洋环境),进行ITS序列的系统发育分析。Kimura双参数距离、歧异指数及MP树分析显示,Solecobasidium和Dendryphiella存在较大的遗传进化差异,研究结果支持D.arenaria和D.salina属于Dendryphiella。
One strain of marine fungi(No.OUCMBI080016) was isolated from the surface of young sporphytes of Laminaria japonica and identified as Dendryphiella arenaria according to the morphological characteristics,which is a newly recorded species in China.To determine the taxonomic position of D.arenaria and D.salina,the ITS sequences of seven strains in the genus of Scolecobasidium and ten strains of Dendryphiella genus(including seven strains from marine environment) were downloaded from GenBank database for further phylogenetic analysis.Analysis of Kimura-2 parameters distance,disparity index and maximum parsimony tree(MP tree) indicated that the evolutionary lineage of marine species of Dendryphiella(D.arenaria and D.salina) is distantly related to Scolecobasidium,which supported that D.arenaria and D.salina belong to Dendryphiella.
