摘要
清洁生产分析是建设项目环境影响评价的重要内容之一,文章在阐述建设项目环境影响评价清洁生产分析现状及存在问题的基础上,结合具体案例,提出了环境影响评价中的清洁生产分析方法:选择评价指标;确定评价指标的基准值和权重值;计算综合评价指数;对照评价标准,评价项目清洁生产水平。对类似项目环境影响评价中的清洁生产分析具有一定的借鉴意义。
Cleaner production analysis is an important part of the environmental impact assessment in construction projects.On the basis of interpreting the present situation and problems of cleaner production analysis in the environmental impact assessment of construction projects,this paper proposes the analysis method of cleaner production analysis by enumerating specific cases,which are selection of evaluating indicators,confirming reference value and weighting of evaluating indicators,calculating comprehensive evaluation index,evaluating the level of cleaner production by comparing evaluation criteria.It will be meaningful for similar cleaner production analysis in the environmental impact assessment.
