摘要
研究通过改进粘土除氟剂的制备方法制备出球状颗粒吸附剂,考察了球型状粘土吸附剂除氟性能及其影响因素的影响,并通过连续运行实验验证了其再生性能。实验结果表明:将粘土、氯化铝、碳酸氢铵按比例20∶5∶0.7(质量比)充分混合,喷洒少许水摇成的球状载铝粘土吸附剂具有较好的吸附性能和较强的机械强度,饱和吸附量可以达到0.423mg/g.
In this paper,the ball-shaped clay adsorbent of defluoridatio was prepared by the improving clay adsorbent process,and the ball-shaped clay adsorbent properties and influencing factors of fluoride removal were investigated.Then Continuous operation is run to test its dynamic operating efficiency and regeneration performance.The results showed that the ball-shaped clay absorbent is good adsorption and mechanical strength.The mixed ratio soil: aluminum chloride: ammonium bicarbonate=20∶5∶0.7(quality),The perfect defluoridation capacity reaches 0.423mg/g.
