摘要
文章介绍一种回收氨氮废水用的电去离子技术。这种创新技术是在除去氨氮废水中的杂质后,将该废水分离为纯水和含氮化工产品,并加以回收利用,实现了废水系统的闭路循环。以NH4NO3和NH4Cl这两种化学纯化工产品,分别配成电导率为2119μS/cm和570μS/cm的溶液,按浓水循环增浓法完成了电去离子浓缩试验,相应得到两者浓缩倍率分别为33和47。从而,电去离子技术的应用领域开始拓宽到浓缩应用领域。
An electro-deionization technology used for recovery wastewater containing ammonia-nitrogen is introduced.The new idea of this technology is that,after removing the impurities the wastewater is separated into the pure water and the chemicals containing nitrogen,which are recovery for use.The waste water system is working in close-loop recycling.Two solutions are made up by NH4NO3 and NH4Cl chemically pure chemicals separately,with the conductivities 2119μS/cm and 570μS/cm respectively.When the electro-deionization concentration experiments have been accomplished by using concentrate recycling concentration method,the ratios of concentration are determined as 33 and 47 correspondingly.Therefore,the electro-deionization technology can be used to the engineering area of concentrating chemical materials.
