摘要 文章论述了高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌的分离和选育,研究了高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌的形态,通过pH值、温度、时间、菌液投加量以及摇床转数对絮凝效果的影响来测定絮凝剂的最佳絮凝条件,最佳絮凝条件为:pH值为8,温度为30℃,时间为30h,菌液量加入量为3mL,摇床转数为160r/min时絮凝率达到了最大为94.6%。实验表明,在最佳条件下对生活污水的色度与浊度的去除有明显效果。 This paper discusses the efficient separation of microbial flocculant and breeding,study of a highly efficient form of microbial flocculant,by pH,temperature,time,the dosage of bacteria as well as shaking revolutions of the flocculation effect to determine the optimum flocculation conditions for flocculant.Best flocculation conditions: pH value of 8,the temperature is 30℃,time 30h,the dosage of bacteria volume 3mL,rotation shaker for the 160r/min the maximum flocculation rate was 94.6%.Experimental results show that under the best conditions of life in the color and turbidity of water removal have remarkable results.
