摘要
以96孔微板为试验载体,测定了具有不同烷基链长度和阴离子基团的离子液体(ILs)对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)的96h生长抑制毒性。结果表明,10种离子液体都具有典型的S型浓度-效应曲线,均可用非线性Weibull函数进行拟合,效应拟合值与实验值之间的相关系数均大于0.96,均方根误差均在0.1以下,拟合统计性良好。4种咪唑四氟硼酸盐类和4种氯化咪唑盐类ILs分别对藻的毒性具有烷基链效应,而改变阴离子对ILs毒性的影响不大。
Using the 96-well microplate as toxicity test carrier,the 96 h growth inhibition toxicities of 10 imidazolium ionic liquids(ILs) on Chlorella pyrenoidosa were determined.It was showed that all ILs tested have the S-shaped concentration-response curves(CRCs) which can be well described by the nonlinear Weibull function(the correlation coefficient of R>0.96 and root mean square error of RMSE<0.1).Toxicities of these ILs increased with the length of alkyl chain on the cation structure of ILs,named alkyl chain effect,while anion has no obvious effect.
