宽厚比超限的箱型截面焊接残余应力试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 大尺寸钢结构焊接箱型构件已经在多个实际工程中得到应用,但关于其构件截面残余应力分布的研究还很少。基于盲孔法的测量原理,对8个宽厚比超限的箱型截面构件的焊接残余应力进行试验研究,考虑材料等级、板件宽厚比对构件残余应力的影响趋势。研究表明:①随着材料等级增大,残余应力的峰值总体呈现出逐渐上升的趋势,但增大的幅度不大,大约增加了30%;②随着板件宽厚比的增大,残余应力的峰值总体呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,减小的幅度从57%~90%不等。在试验的基础上提出如下设计建议:对于宽厚比超过规范要求的焊接箱型构件,其残余应力的分布形式采用符合规范要求的箱型截面残余应力分布是偏于安全的。 Large-size welded box members are widely used in a range of engineering applications in steel structure,but the study of residual stress distribution on such sections were rare.Based on principle of blind hole drilling method,tests were conducted for the welding residual stresses of 8 welded box members which beyond limits of width-thickness ratio,the influences of such parameters as material grade and width-thickness ratio of plate were investigated.Test results show that,① with an increase of the material grade,the maximum value of residual stresses increases gradually,but not sharply,the increment is about 30%;② with an increase of the width-thickness ratio,the maximum value of residual stresses decreases gradually,the decrement is 57%~90%.It is recommended that for welded box members which beyond limits of width-thickness ratio,the distribution of residual stress employ the distribution of common members which conform to the Code is safe.
