摘要 纳米铝热剂具有燃烧效率高、能量释放速率快、安全性能好等特点,在火工品、推进剂等领域有广泛的应用前景。对纳米铝热剂的研究进展进行了综述,主要讨论了固相反应法、抑制反应球磨法、喷雾热分解法、溶胶-凝胶法等制备纳米铝热剂的优缺点,并对这些方法制备的样品性能进行了分析。指出了今后纳米铝热剂制备方法的发展方向及研究重点。 Nano-Thermite was endowed with features of high combustion efficiency、fast energy releasing rate、good safety performance,which was widely used in pyrotechnics、peopellants etc. The development in the preparation of nano-thermite used was reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of solid phase reaction method,arrested reactive milling method,spray pyrolysis method,sol-gel method etc were primarily discussed. The properties of the samples by these methods were analysed. Pointing out the direction and focus on the preparing methods of nano-thermite in the future:(1)Thoroughly investigating the structure、characteristic and preparation mechanism of nano-thermite;(2)Developing and improving existing preparing technology,looking for high efficiency、cheap preparation means for Industrial Production;(3)Studying surface modification and decoration technique of nano-thermite.
