摘要
介绍了电解铝和再生铝工业面向循环经济的技术现状和趋势.以节能降耗、清洁生产为目标,电解铝工业开展了惰性电极材料、低温电解质体系、超大容量和新型结构电解槽、净化技术等重要课题的研究;以降低回收成本,提高金属回收率为目标,再生铝工业开展了原料预处理、熔炼装置、烧损抑制、新工艺、环保等重要课题的研究.在此基础上,总结了两者可持续发展的立足点.
The state of the art and tendency in primary aluminum and secondary aluminum industry are briefly introduced.In accordance with energy saving and cleaner production for primary aluminum industry,inert electrode materials,low-temperature electrolyte system,super-large capacity and new-type structure electrolysis cell and dry scrubber technology are being researched.For secondary aluminum industry to reduce recycling cost and improve metal recovery rate,raw material pretreatment,melting equipment,burning loss inhibition,new process and environmental protection are the interest of the researching scope.Finally the standing points for continuous development of both primary aluminum and secondary aluminum industries are proposed.
