高功率相对论磁控管注入式锁相条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在经典锁相理论Adler条件基础上,考虑到相对论磁控管互作用空间内高度非线性的束波互作用,用粒子模拟方法得出了磁控管注入式锁相模型的注入比和频率差的参数区域图,研究了注入比和频率差对锁相的影响。模拟结果表明,在相对论磁控管的谐振频率为2.4667GHz情况下,当注入比为0.25、频率差为35MHz或20MHz、注入比为0.15都可以实现稳定锁相。在此基础上对经典的Adler条件引入了非线性参数修正,其取值与器件工作时的非线性程度有关,基于本文模型得到的非线性参数约为7,可见修正后的理论结果比经典理论结果允许有更大的锁相范围。 On t he foundation of Adler classical phase-locking condition,parameter a rea of i njection ra tio and fre quency mismatch about injection phase-locking of a high-power relativistic magnetron has been studied by particle simulation under the consideration of the highly nonlinear beam-wave interaction in the interaction space.The influences of injection ratio and frequency mismatch on phase-locking condition have been analyzed respectively.For the injection phase-locking of a relativistic magnetron with 2.4667GHz resonance frequency,the fre quency mismatch 35MHz a s the in jection ratio 0.25,and the inj ection 0.15 as frequency mismatch 20MHz both realize stable phase-locking.Meanwhile,a nonlinear parameter,lying on the level of nonlinear interaction,has been introduced to modify the Adler classical phase-locking condition.This parameter in the present model is about 7.Larger region for phase-locking can be predicted by this modified theory.
