摘要
本文介绍了通过基于Flex和ArcGis开发的GIS系统,将洮滆水系的水质、水量情况以报表、曲线图等形式表达,并配上矢量及影像地图,为专业人员提供水质预警、调控优化、决策分析等技术与数据支持。
This paper introduces the GIS based on Flex and ArcGis,expresses Taoge water quality and quantity of the situation to the report,graphs and other forms,as well as coupled with vector and image maps.This could provide professionals technical support and date support for quality early warning,control optimization and decision analysis.
