摘要 一、神经调节辅助通气(NAVA)产生的背景机械通气能够改善患者氧合、纠正二氧化碳潴留,为治疗原发病提供时间保证。传统通气模式大部分为压力或流量的触发,但这些触发方式会因漏气[1]、触发灵敏度设置不当[2]及需克服内源性呼气末正压(PEEPi)[3]等问题,导致延迟触发和(或)误触发,此外,
