基于磁悬浮隔振器的主动隔振控制实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了一类新型磁悬浮隔振系统的主动控制问题.以研制的一种大承载能力、大工作行程的磁悬浮隔振器为作动器,构建了隔振实验平台.采用最小二乘法辨识得到了磁悬浮隔振器的静态电磁力模型.基于此模型和提出的一种改进的归一化变步长的LMS算法,设计了自适应前馈主动隔振控制律,并在实验平台上进行了实验.实验结果表明:与广泛采用的滤波x-LMS算法相比,新算法不仅无需精确的次级通道模型信息,还能够保证收敛速度;在所设计的自适应前馈控制律的作用下,磁悬浮隔振器的基频主动隔振效果显著,在考虑了由于隔振器非线性等因素引入的非基频分量后,其整体的主动隔振效果仍然十分明显. The active control of a novel magnetic suspension isolation system is studied. An isolation experimental platform was established using a magnetic suspension isolator with heavy load capability and big working stroke as an actuator. And the static electromagnetic force model was identified by using the least square method. Based on the model and a proposed normalized variable step-size LMS( least-mean-square) algorithm,an adaptive feedforward control law was designed. Finally,the active isolation control experiments were implemented on the experimental platform. The results show that compared with filtered x-LMS algorithm which has been widely applied in active vibration control,the proposed algorithm is not dependent on the accurate model of secondary path,yet it can converge rapidly. The magnetic suspension isolator yields outstanding performance on fundamental frequency components under the action of the adaptive feedforward control law. Even when the nonfundamental frequency components excited mainly due to the nonlinearity of the isolator are considered,the whole active vibration isolation performance is good.
