摘要
脑血管疾病由于其高发病率、高致残率及高死亡率严重威胁着人类的健康。动脉血管壁结构和功能的改变与心脑血管疾病的发病和死亡密切相关。血管壁功能的改变可以导致动脉僵硬度的增加,而动脉僵硬度增加已被证明可以引起心脑血管不良预后。因此,加强对血管功能异常的早期筛查与干预,对于心脑血管疾病的"上游防治"具有重要意义。脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)是评价动脉血管结构和功能的指标,由于其简便、可重复性及无创特点在脑血管疾病中的应用越来越广泛。
Cerebrovascular is a serious disease threaten to human health because its high incidence,high morbidity and high mortality.Morbidity and mortality in cardiovasculer and cerebrovasculer disease are related primarily to structural and functional alterations of arterial wall.Changes in the arterial wall can lead to increased arterial stiffness,which has been shown to influence cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prognosis adversely.Thus,measuring arterial stiffness has been recommended in the preventative management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Pulse wave velocity is the index to evaluate vascular structure and its function,which has been used increasingly in cerebrovascular disease as it is a simple and reproducible non-invasive technique.
