摘要
肾上腺疾病在内分泌系统疾病中相对少见,包括肾上腺皮质功能低减及肾上腺功能亢进的疾病。因其发病率低,有些临床表现又无特异性,经常被误诊、误治。本文就目前国内外对原发性及继发性肾上腺少见病的诊治现状进行综述,分析相关疾病的误诊原因,以期提高这些疾病的早期诊断与治疗率。
Adrenal disease is relatively rare in endocrine system,including hypofunction and hyperfuction.Because of its lowly incidence and some unspecific clinical manifestations,it's often misdiagnosis and mistreated.This paper reviews the present situation of diagnosis and treatment about the primary and sencondary adrenal diseases in home and abroad,analyzed the common causes of misdiagnosis,in order to improve the diagnositic and treatment rate as early as possible.
