摘要
采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了催化剂SO42-/SnO2,并利用具有空穴轨道的过渡金属Fe、Co、Ni对其进行改进研究,合成了系列催化剂。利用TG-DTA、XRD、NH3-TPD测试技术表征了催化剂的物化性质,并将合成的催化剂Ni/SO42--SnO2应用于环戊烯水合反应,确定催化剂的最佳制备条件:焙烧温度500℃,改性离子浓度0.5 mol/L,焙烧时间2 h。
The catalyst SO42-/SnO2 were prepared via impregnation and deposition,and a series of modified solid superacid SO42-/SnO2 were prepared by transition metals Fe,Co,Ni with empty orbits.The acid strength and structure of the solid super acids were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD and NH3-TPD.Furthermore,cyclopentanol was synthesized by hydration reaction of cyclopentene,catalyzed by solid superacid of nickel modified SO42-/SnO2.The suitable preparation conditions of the catalyst was obtained:calcination temperature was 500 ℃,modification of ion concentration was 0.5 mol/L and calcination time was 2 h.
