摘要
从处理的业务对象和生命周期两方面分析了流式办公文档和固定版式文档之间的深刻联系,认为存在格式一体化的需求和条件,据此提出了格式一体化过程中应贯彻的一些基本要求。通过在标文通办公文档格式标准基础上扩展定义版式文档格式,初步验证了一体化文档格式的设想。
This paper dealt with the business object and lifecycle of both the revisable and fixed-layout document in relationships and linkages,assert that demands and conditions are existed about integration document format,also propose a list of principles about document format integration.By a proposal of fixed-layout document format specification based on UOF,the team realized this idea vision and preliminary validation.
