摘要
我国"流动儿童"在城市中接受义务教育存在着诸多困难,这种状况已经引起了社会各界的关注。虽然关于我国"流动儿童"义务教育的政策已较为完备,为其在城市中公办学校入学起到了重要的保障作用,但是"流动儿童"在入学机会、受教育过程、学业成就等方面依然存在着不平等的问题。本研究以湖州市吴兴区农村小学为例,针对"流动儿童"在农村小学受教育的过程,从学校(包括教师)、学生、"流动儿童"家庭三个方面进行全方位研究,发现其存在的问题,进而剖析问题的原因并提出有针对性的对策与建议。
At present,there are many difficulties in China's migrant children's receiving compulsory education in the city,and the situation has aroused much concern.Although the policy for the migrant children's compulsory education has been comparatively perfected,which has played an important role in the protection of their entering the public schools in the city,there still exist many unfair problems on the opportunity of attending school,educational process and academic success.This study,taking the migrant children in rural primary schools of Wuxing,Huzhou as an example,from schools including teachers,students and families of the migrant children,finds inequities in the education process still face the migrant children in rural primary schools.The author explores the reasons,and puts forward some practical and effective suggestions to solve the problem.
