摘要
注水水质指标的制定不仅要考虑地层的损害,还应考虑降低对地面注水设备的腐蚀破坏作用。在注水开采过程中,由于水处理设备本身问题,处理效果差。注水管线中的钢铁材料与具有腐蚀性的注入介质水接触过程中,在其接触表面必然产生一定程度的电化学腐蚀,管道表面微电池阳极上的铁受到腐蚀介质作用而溶解,影响管线的寿命。为此,通过室内挂片实验对注入水中溶解的O2、H2S、CO2等气体对管线的腐蚀机理进行了研究。
In determining the quota of the quality of water injected, not only the damage on the formation is taken into account, but the corrosion on the ground injection equipment should be reduced as well. In the development process of injecting water, due to problems with the water treatment equipment and poor effects of treatment, when the iron and steel materials of the water injection pipeline get in contact with the injected water which is a corrosive medium, there will be a certain degree of electrochemical corrosion on their contact surface, and the iron on the micro-battery anode surface of the pipeline will dissolve when it is acted on by the corrosive medium, thus affecting the life of pipeline. To solve this problem, we make a study of the pipeline corrosion mechanism concerning the injection of oxygen to be dissolved in the water injected, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other gases through experimental films linked indoors.
