摘要
针对传统激光器调制系统结构复杂、调制频率低、调制带宽窄等缺点,设计了一种半导体激光器高频调制系统。分析了影响半导体激光器调制带宽的因素,设计匹配补偿电路使半导体激光器的调制带宽增加了3倍以上,该系统可实现对半导体激光器DC^150 MHz范围内各频点的强度调制,并能实现频率的快速切换,各频点频率分辨率为0.1164 Hz,频率漂移均小于1 Hz,相对漂移均小于1×10-6,同时还为后续差频测相提供高稳定的本振信号。
A high frequency laser diode modulation system was designed, it overcame the shortcomings of the traditional modu- lation system such as complex structure, low modulation frequency and narrow frequency band. The factors that limited the laser di- ode modulation frequency band was analyzed;a set of matching circuits was designed and the modulation frequency band was en- larged 3 times. The system can accomplish amplitude modulation of laser diode from DC to 150 MHz, and the frequency switch is very fast. The frequency resolving power is 0. 116 4 Hz,the frequency drift is less than 1 Hz and the relative drift is less than 10-6. The local oscillator signal with high stability is provided to facilitate the phase measurement.
