摘要
阐述了我国城市土地集约利用研究的背景及意义,探讨了土地集约利用的必要性,通过对具有代表性的两个城市发展中土地集约利用的案例研究,总结出一些带有普遍性的问题,并从政府、规划、经营3个方面进行全方位分析,针对存在的问题提出了宏观和微观两方面的改善措施。
This paper expounds the background and significance of the study on the intensive use of urban land in China, probes into the necessity of carrying out the intensive use of urban land, and through the case study on the intensive use of urban land in two representative cities, sums up some universal problems, and makes the all-angle analysis, and puts forward some improvement measures from macroscopic and microscopic aspects in the lught of the existing problems.
