摘要
在液化石油气催化氧化脱硫醇生产中观察到预碱洗罐在碱液运行周期内脱硫醇率出现峰值,进而通过实验得出了在现有的脱硫醇装置工艺和设备条件下,向氢氧化钠溶液中加入0.56W%~0.81w%的乙醇胺后,脱硫醇率可提高30%~50%,硫醇性流可降至5ppm以下。
In the cause of thiol removal from liquified petroleum gases by catalytic oxidization, peak values of thiol removal percentage were investigated in an operating cycle in the caustic pre-washing drum. Following results were achieved via experiments with existing equipment and process conditions: adding 0. 56w% ~ 0. 81w%ethanolamine into the NaOH solution, the thiol removal percentage was increased by 30% ~ 50%. While the thiol sulfur decreased to less than 5 ppm.
