摘要
对11个小白菜品种冬春季育苗移栽后的生长、耐抽薹性及馅用特性进行了研究。结果表明,春油1号、春油2号、京绿7号始终未抽薹;四月慢、五月慢和扬州青也具有较强的耐抽薹性;而寒笑、暑绿、京冠1号、苏州青、绿扬青极易抽薹,均不宜作冬春季大棵菜栽培。四月慢、春油1号和早春采收的京绿7号较适馅用,春油1号和京绿7号适宜初冬种植,早春收获;四月慢适于冬末种植。最适宜馅用小白菜原料的单株质量200g左右,叶片和叶柄的鲜质量比约为4∶10。
Bolting tolerance and stuffing characteristics of 11 pakchoi varieties transplanted by seedlings in winter and spring were studied. The results showed:‘Chunyou No. 1 ' ,‘Chunyou No. 2' ,‘Jingly No. 7' were never bolting,‘Siyueman',‘Wuyueman' and ‘Yangzhouqing' had strong bolting tolerance. While‘Hanxiao ' , ‘Shulv' ,‘Jingguan No. 1 ' ,‘Suzhouqing' and‘Lvyangqing' were easily bolting in spring. They were not suitable for cultivation in winter and spring.‘Siyueman' ,‘ Chunyou No. 1 ' and ‘Jinglv No. 7' are suitable for stuffing,‘Chunyou No. 1 ' and‘Jinglv No. 7' can be sown in early winter and harvested in early spring, while ' Siyueman' is better be sown in late winter. The best stuffing pakchoi is 200 g per-single plant. The best ratio between fresh weight of leaf and stalk is about 4 : 10.
