一种快速高效的CT投影数据无损压缩方案

摘要 目前越来越大的平板探测器尺寸和越来越复杂的扫描轨道使得单次扫描的CT投影数据成倍地增加,这给数据存储和实时传输造成了很大的困难。本文提出了一种实时高效的CT投影数据无损压缩方案,通过整数小波变换、DPCM差分脉冲编码调制对投影数据进行去相关,并改进了Golumbo-R ice熵压缩编码方案。该方案在相对较低的计算复杂度下实现了高压缩比,为实时快速传输的实现提供了可能。文章对整个方案进行了详细的阐述并利用Varian 2520V平板探测器进行了相关的测试分析。 To realize high throughput and compression ratio on CT projection data, we present a lossless compression method with modified 3D wavelet transform and Golumbo-Rice entropy coding. Our method achieved a fast coding algorithm and can be used in real time data transform. Experimental results tested with Varian 2520V flat panel detectors are as well presented which shows a very appealing advantage compared to other modern compression methods.
