简要介绍了弱势群体的概念及公共图书馆的职能,阐述了新的历史条件下公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的必要性,并提出了服务弱势群体的具体措施。
This paper briefly introduces the concept of the social vulnerable groups and the functions of the public library, expounds the necessity of serving the social vulnerable groups by the public library under the new historic conditions, and puts forward some concrete measures for serving the social vulnerable groups.
