摘要
我国中尺度气象观测网数据日益丰富,如何对这些数据进行分析应用以更好地为天气预报服务,是一个亟待解决的问题。局地分析预报系统(LAPS)较好地解决了这一难题,其算法透明,计算速度快,分析场接近实况,满足业务需求,便于预报员直接应用。为了帮助相关气象业务岗位上技术人员了解并较好地应用LAPS(http://www.whihr.com.cn/laps/main.aspx),本文详细介绍了LAPS的各模块功能及设计原理,并对武汉暴雨所应用LAPS的有关情况进行了简要说明。
How to utilize and analyse the increasingly abundance types raw data of China mesoscale meteorological monitoring well for the weather forecast is an urgent problem. As a tool, the Local Analysis and Prediction System （LAPS） solves this problem very well for its quick calculation velocity and the analysis fields closing to observations, so LAPS meets the need of the operation and is easy to be used for forecasters. In this paper the function and principal of LAPS data ingesting and analysis process are introduced, as well as the application of LAPS by Wuhan Institute of Heavy Rain. The LAPS analysis products of IHR are issued real-timely on the following website （http：//www.whihr.com.erdlaps/main.aspx）. We hope that it is helpful for the one who want to master and apply LAPS from this introduction.
