摘要
从网络环境对文献资源建设工作带来的影响出发,探讨了文献资源工作者适应新时期发展的需要进行继续教育的必要性、工作人员应具备的素质以及继续教育的途径等问题。
According to the change of information resource construction under network environment,the paper has discussed the importance of improving qualities of librarian information resource construction work,the qualities they should possess and means to improve qualities.
